Job Overview:
Concrete Solutions Unlimited is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise our concrete crews. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of concrete construction and techniques and be able to manage projects efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Pay: Ranging from $30 - $33 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of concrete laborers and finishers on commercial construction projects
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work
• Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring adequate manpower and resources are available
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the construction process
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely complettion
• Able to set, pour, and finish all types of flatwork for commercial and residential projects
• Valid driver's license
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift 50lbs
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screeings
