- Quality of Care: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure and facilitate the highest quality of care for our residents.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve patient problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations, including infection-control policies, medication administration, and controlled substance regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accountability over regulatory compliance and staffing, keeping abreast of the latest standards and regulations.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as needed or assigned to support the overall mission.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Current RN license is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous nurse management experience is preferred, along with experience in skilled/long-term care settings.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of IDPH standards and regulations is required; knowledge of JCAHO standards and regulations is a plus.
- Skilled Care Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of skilled care practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to inspire and guide the nursing team.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $80,000 annually
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) plans.
