Qualifications:
- Dental Hygienist or PHDHP Certification and Dental anesthesia license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a Hygienist/PHDHP highly preferred.
- Community clinic experience a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess dental condition and needs of patient including examination of head, neck, and oral cavity for disease.
- Responsible for dental prophylaxis, topical fluoride application, sealants, radiographs, patient education including oral health instruction and the plaque control program.
- Providing routine preventive and periodontal treatment for new and existing patients.
- Accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Other responsibilities as necessary.
Compensation:
Salary range commensurate with education and experience.
