Company Overview:Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in fuel and lube oil delivery systems, serving various industries such as Marine, Power Generation, and General Industrial Markets. With expertise in engineering, fabrication, testing, and field support, they manage complex projects and deliver high-quality systems meeting unique customer requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production operations across two locations within 10 minutes of each other, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products.
  • Manage plant operations, including production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and testing teams to ensure alignment with project and production requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and process management.
  • Monitor plant performance metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Communicate plant status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; however, significant industry experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Proven experience in plant management or production management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in production management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.


Location:Multiple locations within 10 minutes of each other, with about 75 total employees and growing.
