THE BASICS

Pay: Our Registered Behavior Tech - RBT earns $23.00 - $28.00/hour.

Schedule: Both full- and part-time positions are available. Your clients are in your area code, and you work within schools, homes, and other therapeutic settings.

YOUR DAY AS A FULL- OR PART-TIME REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECH - RBT

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy services to our valued clients and their families. Under the direction of a talented BCBA, you implement therapeutic programming to help clients develop their skills and decrease problem behaviors. Your positivity and dedication shine as you record progress, participate in ongoing training, and support clients in their growth journeys

Are you eager to get started? Here are the minimum qualifications:

  • Current state RBT certification
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Eagerness to make a difference in our clients' lives and advance professionally
