The Role:
As Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team and working effectively with our portfolio companies to achieve all business revenue targets. As a marketing team member, you will deliver value through implementing marketing tactics and action plans in support of enterprise business goals. No two days will be the same
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
Content Creation:
- Craft compelling and on-brand content across various channels, from social media posts to blog articles
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and incorporate them into our content strategy
- Assist with public relations efforts around press releases and outreach
Event Planning:
- Plan and execute unforgettable events that captivate our audience
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendors, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed
- Leverage events to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement
Customer Service:
- Be the friendly face and voice of our brand, providing top-notch customer service
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and turn challenges into opportunities
- Monitor customer feedback and use insights to enhance our products and services
Data Reporting:
- Analyze marketing performance data and generate insightful reports
- Identify key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies
What You Bring To The Table:
- Associate's degree In Marketing or Business Administration and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven knowledge of social media, public relations, and advertising concepts
- Understanding of emerging technology - online (web-based) and internet-based marketing
- Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus)
- Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and a team player attitude
