  2. Repairs and Maintenance:
    • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
    • Address minor cosmetic issues such as painting, drywall repair, and flooring replacement.
    • Ensure all appliances and fixtures are in proper working condition.
  3. Cleaning and Sanitization:
