  • The LPN-Crisis Care position that will cover Franklin/Delaware counties.
  • We currently have two full-time night shift position available. 8P-8A, every other weekend.
  • In this role you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining
  • We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The Crisis Care LPN Essential Duties Are:

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
  • One year of nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR Certified.
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
