Gallion's in Rosemary Beach is on the lookout for a Wine-Loving Server Extraordinaire to join our tight-knit team in Rosemary Beach. If you're passionate about fine dining, love crafting creative cocktails, and know your way around a wine list like the back of your hand, then we want YOU to bring your talents to our table

Responsibilities:

  • Delight our guests with your warm, friendly demeanor and approachable attitude. After all, making guests feel at home is what we're all about
  • Showcase your expertise in fine dining service as you guide guests through our delectable menu offerings and provide recommendations that will tantalize their taste buds.
  • Shake things up with your craft cocktail skills, crafting libations that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Get ready to impress with your mixology magic
  • Wine lovers, rejoice Use your extensive wine knowledge to help our guests find the perfect bottle to complement their meal, all while sharing fascinating tidbits about varietals and vineyards.
  • Be the ultimate multitasker as you juggle taking orders, delivering dishes, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile on their face.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure that every dish and drink is served with precision and perfection.
  • Keep the vibe alive in our dining area, maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fine dining service, with a passion for providing top-notch hospitality that goes above and beyond.
  • Wine knowledge isn't just a plus; it's a MUST If you can talk about terroir and tannins with ease, you're our kind of wine enthusiast.
