Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Answer phones, schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, and assist with insurance verification.

- Office Hours: Work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, with shifts typically from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish: Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
