This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers and must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Keep an organized and clean reception area for a positive first impression
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership's services and products
- Process and record payments from customers for services and products
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily cashier reports
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
- Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a receptionist or cashier preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and work well with others
