We are looking for someone who brings a lot of energy, drive, and hustle to our team. The job is fast-paced; when you work with kids, you always have to be on our toes When staff is off the floor, we want our My Gym teachers to apply their quick-thinking minds to the business end. By the time you finish training, youll know how to teach, administrate, and even sell a great class. The strongest candidates will have a background in physical activity (gymnastics, sports, dance, martial arts, general fitness, experience working with kids, etc.), For this job, you must be outgoing, confident and have a great attitude

Position Requirements:


  • A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed
  • A positive, coachable attitude: There are no egos at My Gym.
  • Ambition: There is a lot of room to grow at My Gym. Before you know it, youll be training new teachers
  • Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends
  • Highly energetic
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
  • Effective time management
  • Clean background check
