Automotive Concierge - Automotive - Delaney Volvo

We are currently seeking two part-time Volvo concierge specialists to add to our staff.

You will work in a growing environment while interacting with the Volvo customers to deliver information in answering general inquiries about Volvo products.

This position is approximately 30 hours a week with every other Saturday. Salary with bonus plan.

• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge
• Flexibility, proactive and perseverance.
• Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal customers
• Vehicle product demonstrations and demonstration drive with customer
• Handling incoming requests form external customers by e-mail or fax and managing their inquiries or requests
• Run through the specifications and additional features of a car with buyer
• Transferring customer calls with complex inquiries to appropriate staff
• Completing call reports and logs

These are the basic tasks to perform the job at the accepted competency level.
