WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH

We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience; 5+ years is preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must live within driving distance of our main office
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to work independently
  • Openness to new ideas and a trainable mindset
  • Strong collaborative skills

A Technicians Certification would be a plus


YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the additional requirement of working one Saturday a month. We aim to provide a reasonable schedule that allows our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As a Residential HVAC Tech at Choice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., your primary responsibilities will include repairing and servicing HVAC systems. You'll take a personal interest in understanding and addressing clients' needs, ensuring their homes are comfortable and efficient.
