Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Peabody, MA

We are a private practice group founded and led by a female physician, dedicated to assisting our clients in achieving happy, successful lives through a combination of medication management, therapy, and interventional psychiatry treatments. Working within a fee-for-service arrangement, you can manage your caseload to meet your preferences.
Qualifications
We are looking for licensed mental health professionals to work with adults, couples, and families. To be considered for this role, applicants must hold one of the following licenses in Massachusetts:
- LCSW (preferably within 6-12 months of LICSW eligibility)
- LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
- Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
Compensation
$35-$140 per hour, dependent on licensure, experience, and specialty certifications.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain a MA license
- Minimum of 20 direct client hours per week
- Proficient in accurate diagnostic evaluations
- Formulation and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans
- Delivery of evidence-based psychotherapy for high-functioning patients
- Timely completion of clinical progress notes
- Effective communication with referring providers and, when needed, patients' family members
- Ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week
- Collaborative team player with basic troubleshooting skills
