Job Description:

As a Packer and Picker at 4Sight, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products from shelves based on order specifications
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment
  • Verify the accuracy of orders before shipping
  • Label and organize packages for easy identification
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and picking area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or picking role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
