We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation, maintenance, and repair. The Roof Technician will be responsible for completing a variety of roofing projects, working both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including shingle, tile, metal and flat roofs.
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Ability to sell our roof solutions to the client.
- Work at heights and follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Roof Technician or similar role will be beneficial but not required.
- Ability to learn in-depth knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work on a roof for extended periods of time.
- OSHA certification and/or other relevant safety certifications preferred but not required.
