Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As a Insurance Sales Producer, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Our newest Insurance Sales Producer will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

- Minimum of 1-3 years prior sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license in 30 days
- Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license in 60 days
