Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Molding Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and monitor plastic molding equipment, including injection molding, blow molding, thermoforming, and auxiliary machines. This role involves optimizing processes, performing mold changeovers, and scheduling preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Optimize molding processes and perform setup and mold changeovers.
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Train and instruct other molding technicians as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with injection molding, hydraulics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and prints; CAD knowledge preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of common resins.


Requirements
  • Technical degree preferred
  • Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent sitting, talking, and hearing; occasional walking and manual handling of objects.
