Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform tasks requiring expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite Administration.
- Provide insight and advice concerning task or project strategic direction and outcomes.
- Evaluate, analyze, and develop recommended solutions.
- Resolve complex programs that require an in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite Administration.
- Apply principles of the subject matter to specialized solutions.
- Plan, direct, and implement initiatives.
- Provide advanced specialized scientific, engineering, and other functional support required to complete high technology projects.
- Provide enterprise-wide, advisory assistance in the planning, troubleshooting, integration, research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulation, and training on the most complex work requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite Administration.
