My Guys Moving & Storage in Richmond, VA is in need of Movers/Helpers/Packers who are eager to enhance their skills and increase their earnings through our comprehensive training program. Our dynamic environment encourages teamwork, clear communication, and a dedicated focus on satisfying customer requirements.

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and safely move, pack, and unpack customer items, ensuring their careful handling
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and move coordinators
  • Follow directions from the Team Leader and report any pre-existing damage to items
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Maintain punctuality and flexibility in work schedules
Qualifications:

  • Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
  • Maintain a regular and dependable attendance record
  • Be able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is preferred but not required
