At Barron Heating AC Electrical & Plumbing, we are committed to Improving Lives™. As an Air Solutions Technician, you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.


At Barron, our Air Solutions Technician will:

  • Modify and replace air ducts, as necessary, to repair duct systems
  • Perform National Air Duct Cleaners (NADCA) Air Duct Cleaning (ADC) on duct systems
  • Aeroseal existing duct systems using patented sealing equipment and aerosolized sealant
  • Proficiently and safely use all required equipment and tools
  • Distribute review and/or refer information to customers
  • Meet/beat job target hours as provided by the Air Solutions Superintendent
  • Turn in all required paperwork to ensure effective and efficient processing of jobs
  • Diligently follow scheduling, service, quality control, and customer relations procedures
  • Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
  • Establish a good working relationship with all team members
  • Maintain a Barron branded appearance at all times per company policy
  • Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude
  • Share Barron’s Vision & Mission of Improving Lives™

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:

  • Full-Time
  • $22.00 - $24.50 per hour; DOE
