Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill a temporary daytime security officer position at our residential apartment complex. The primary responsibility of this role is to escort vendors and contractors to designated apartment units and monitor their work progress. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and efficiency of on-site operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Escort Vendor and Contractor Access: Accompany authorized vendors and contractors to assigned apartment units, ensuring proper identification and access control.
  • Worksite Monitoring: Observe and monitor the work being performed by vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates on work progress, any issues or concerns to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Access Control: Maintain strict control over building access, ensuring only authorized personnel are admitted.
  • Incident Reporting: Document any incidents, accidents, or suspicious activity on the property.
