As a Massage Therapist you will provide an array of massage services offered by Massage Envy to our members and guests. Your primary role is to create a positive, healthy, stress-free environment for each member/guest while upholding the Massage Envy/Hawkins Group values.


MASSAGE ROOM
 Perform all Massage Envy approved modalities, professional quality massages within scope of practice and licensing
with your Nevada license and in alignment with policies and protocols as outlined in ME’s Standards of Practice
 Uphold the Massage Envy brand core values of Optimism, Gratitude, Excellence, Consistency and Empathy
 Must follow all Massage Envy policies and protocols as outlined in Massage Envy Standards of Practice
 Must understand and avoid all Zero Tolerance offenses while on/off the clock, and premises of your ME location
 Create excellent member/guest experiences through friendly and helpful attitude
 Review and discuss members/guests notes upon each visit IE; medical conditions, medications, allergies, etc.
 Customize each session based on member/guest individual needs
 Provide member/guest with the importance of having massage services regularly
 Complete Wellness Chart documentation on Massage Envy iPad with services provided and any notes relevant to
current session as well as future services
 Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including but not limited to, replacing linens and hot
towels in between appointments, stocking treatment room supplies
 Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding members/guests and staff
 Keeping each treatment room clean, free of employee’s personal belongings and stocked per local, state and health
department along with board of massage therapy guidelines

MASSAGE ENVY CLINIC
 Required to work one weekday/ one weekend night.
 Be on time for your shift, prompt to each scheduled appointment and perform services within the appropriate time
allotted for the service
 Work varying shifts based on business needs including holidays and weekends
 Maintain professional appearance at all times; remain in dress code according to Hawkins’ Employee Handbook
 Assist in the cleanliness of the location, including but not limited to, laundry, trash removal, break room,
common areas and items on the cleaning checklist
 Maintain a clean and sanitized room by following the Infection Prevention Policy and Protocol
 Attend mandatory all team meetings, participate in and support trainings
 Report lost and found items to clinic front desk immediately
 Participate in continuing education to improve the skills, and benefits of massage therapy
