Position Description: Escrow Coordinator


Position Duties:

  • Assisting with creation of documents with our internal software, data entry, scheduling, and various administrative aspects of the title and closing procedures
  • Partner with title and escrow companies to ensure correct information
  • Update and organize documents throughout the Escrow process
  • Providing outstanding communication and extraordinary service to homeowners, lenders, and team members.
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with escrow processing helpful, but not mandatory
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Well organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
