We at Floridian Heating and Air Inc. are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling and ventilation components.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC Systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete installations and projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC certification or relevant trade school education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems, components, and controls.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • EPA certification preferred.
  • Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
