Job Overview:

Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with their laundry needs.


Responsibilities:


  1. Customer Service:
    • Greet customers and provide friendly assistance with their laundry needs.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
    • Assist customers in using various laundry machines and equipment.
  2. Laundry Operations:
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the laundromat facility.
    • Oversee the operation of washing and drying machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.
    • Assist customers with the proper use of equipment and provide guidance on laundry best practices.
  3. Cash Handling:
    • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Facility Maintenance:
    • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the laundromat facility clean and presentable.
    • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the management.
  5. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and restock laundry supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and change for machines.

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
