Passion for Boba Tea: You should have a genuine love for boba and coffee and the creativity to craft unique and delicious beverages.

Multitasking Skills: Our ideal candidate can juggle multiple tasks efficiently and keep their cool during busy rush hours.

Customer Service Savvy: We need someone who enjoys interacting with customers and providing top-notch service every day.

Basic Math Skills: Handling money and making change should be second nature to you.

Strong Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.

Time Management: Youll need to schedule shifts and manage your time effectively to ensure smooth operations.

What Youll Do:


  • Craft a variety of bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing friendly service.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a fun and efficient working environment.
