Location: Edina, Minnesota
Position Overview:
Parallax is scaling our sales and marketing functions and are looking for a proven revenue operations guru to operationalize our growth.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive scalable GTM programs through systems and process management, reporting and analysis, and marketing, sales, BDR enablement. Also work with Customer Success and Finance on key initiatives and reporting.
You have proven experience in driving action that leads to repeatable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to build and improve solutions and processes that will drive the scaled acquisition of customers through improved, robust marketing, BDR, and sales processes.

- Database cleanliness, enrichment, and organization

- Deal page setup
- Workflows
- Sequences

- Landing pages
- Integrations
- Enabling technologies: optimize and administrate the usage of tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Sales Navigator, Folderly plus vetting and implementing new enabling technologies
- Ensure BDR and sales processes are being followed and work closely with team members when it is not to ensure consistent process
- Sales & BDR territory defining and management
- Support the tracking of sales and BDR team quota attainment for sales leadership.
- Lead intake to closed won process optimization
- Automation
- Updating account ownerships, keeping them accurate, and ensuring appropriate notifications are sent to appropriate people based on contact engagement
- Lead intake with lead category and distribution to BDRs
- Tracking/Reporting/Analysis: Define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success; align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.

- Ongoing training on process, our market, personas we help, objection handling, competitive intelligence and best practice skills for sales and BDR roles.
- Outbound targeted account process enablement / management.
- Identify content gaps needed for marketing and sales funnel velocity improvements
- Build competitive intelligence battlecards
- Orchestrate weekly sales and BDR meetings to optimize productivity and focus
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a revenue operations role driving revenue growth for a B2B Saas company with annual revenues between $5M-$40M
- 1+ year(s) experience administering Hubspot CRM and marketing automation functionality
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and ability to prioritize quickly on emerging needs
- Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and derive insight for actionable recommendations
- Fast-paced, results-oriented working style
