Image 360 in Arlington is looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer/Producer to join their team. The role will see a combination of graphic design running printers, and constructing signs. Installation experience is also an advantage. We are looking for individuals with a positive outlook, great client focus, personal growth, a trustworthy character, and respect for others.


Applicants must have experience in sign production and a design background. Our workplace follows standard Monday to Friday hours, with the option for occasional weekend work where necessary.

Image 360 is located in North Arlington by the junction of Collins and I-30. This role demands an in-person presence, with remote work not an option. COVID-19 precautionary measures are in place, including observance of social distancing guidelines, sanitizing and disinfection procedures, and a strong recommendation for vaccination against COVID-19.

Compensation:

$19 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Design orders for clients to meet their specific requirements and needs
  • Produce proofs for clients
  • Balance multiple projects daily
  • Generate visuals for printing and/or cutting
  • File documents using the organization's cataloging system
  • Manage tight deadlines on rush orders
  • Prioritize jobs
  • Collaborate with other team members to share ideas for improvement
  • Stock and order vinyl, laminates, and substrates for shop inventory
  • Maintain the POS system by updating order statuses
  • Manage upkeep of printing and other equipment, including regular maintenance and cleaning
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Must be able to lift goods up to 60 pounds


Qualifications:
  • 2 Years or more experience in the sign industry (production or design)
  • Ability to operate Printers (we have HP Latex Printers), Vinyl Cutters and Laminators and Laser Engraver, plus Dye Sublimation Printer/Heat Press
  • Working experience with Onyx Postershop or equivalent is a plus
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and math skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a "Can Do, Results Driven" Attitude - meaning you realize that our success isn't in your design skills - but in getting the work out the door
  • Resourceful - meaning you look for ways to figure out problems
