Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: E2E Visibility- Execution LeadDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: REMOTEThe core E2E Visibility -Execution Contractor responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate across procurement Job Families, other functions in the region, global counterparts, and external partners (as applicable) to enable E2E Visibility workstream improvements & best practice sharing; report out, escalate, and unlock potential roadblocks to success.
- Lead supply chain mitigation workshops, action documentation and ensure follow-through via business processes
- Maintain customer centricity representing the user community to support the collection of new use cases
- Drive implementation of change management strategy and capability development
- Surface risks for the business
- Support identifying multi-tier supply chain partners and relevant internal stakeholders
- Develop cross-functional relationships to collaborate on specific Resilience activities as supply chain events occur
A "Day in the Life" may include, but not be limited to the following:
Program and Change Management- Drive Industrialization phase supply chain mitigation workshops and discovery.
- Attend and provide input into key project meetings & project working sessions, take specific actionable notes and follow through with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Business Continuity Plan Functional expert and external partners to validate proposed business continuity actions; identify action owners in the MW organization, support planning, track progress & drive execution (includes providing status updates)
- Onboard organization to new ways of working.
Data Validation and Management
- Attend and provide input into data review meetings
- Extract requested data in a repeatable format
- Liaise with data owners across the organization
- Support on data review and validation, translate business data requests between NA stakeholders and data team
- Represent NA as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Digital Twin Power BI Dashboard
- Operate Power BI dashboard, apply filters, review + analyze visual data representations
- Support data validation of Digital Twin Phase 3 (dependent on timing).
- Advanced project management skills, strategic agility and influencing skills
- Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate boundaries.
- Broad interest in business, global trends, macro-economics and politics
- Strong standing alone with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Curiosity to work through ambiguity, develop personal network within various Mars teams, and learn cross functional ways of working

- Basic SAP knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, Filters, data formatting)

- Previous contracting experience
- Intermediate Excel skills - working knowledge of how to operate Power BI dashboard, apply filters, review + analyze visual data representations, intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, Filters, data formatting)
- Basic SAP knowledge
