Job Description:
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in South Tampa, FL, is seeking newly licensed estheticians or soon to be estheticians (currently in school) who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Start your career by becoming a Hand and Stone sales associate, learn the ends and outs of the business and work towards earning a spot as one of our very own licensed Estheticians Our estheticians are a critical link to creating an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skincare and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet membership sales goals
  • Sell Gift Cards and Spa Services
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services dont worry, well train you
  • Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
  • Capable of working flexible hours
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Recently licensed Esthetician or actively enrolled in an esthetic school
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years old or older
  • Exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Motivated
