- Utilizing pressure washing techniques to restore surfaces to their optimal condition.

- Performing concrete repairs to uphold safety standards and prolong the lifespan of structures.
- Installing security cameras and gate locks to bolster property security measures.
- Installing and repairing gutters and downspouts to safeguard against water damage.
- Engaging in landscaping and grounds maintenance to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and exceeding client expectations.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in exterior repairs.
