WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Fix a variety of things throughout the property, including electrical issues, plumbing problems, and heating/air conditioning.
  • Respond to resident requests and work orders to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain the grounds and common areas, keeping them clean and free of debris.
  • Complete special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Be available for on-call service during your assigned week for after-hours emergencies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by treating residents, staff, and vendors with respect and professionalism.
  • Work independently and as part of a team following safety protocols and procedures.
WHAT IT TAKES
  • 3-5+ years experience in residential / multifamily maintenance
  • Experience leading a small team
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Experience using common tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills.
