Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a mid-sized, growing, family-owned business looking to add another office member to our team.

Will work under the guidance of A/R Director in office. Position is part-time (approx 30 hrs) and can be flexible on hours but would like them to be somewhat fixed week-to-week. Example would be Mon-Fri 8am-2pm, or 10am-4pm. Mondays are the most important days for availability.

Spring and Fall are our busy seasons

Previous office experience preferred. Customer service skills necessary. Must be proficient in typing/data entry/spreadsheets.

*Does not require any in-person customer interaction.*

Duties include:


  • Accounts Receivable efforts including
    • Collections support
    • Communicate with team to ensure job completion/satisfaction
    • Customer service calls
  • Commercial customer support - compile work orders and assign to techs on a weekly basis
  • Communicate with Facility Maintenance Companies
  • Process completed invoices for billing
