Compensation:$18- $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform basic maintenance and service for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and mechanical repairs in residential apartment units
- Promptly answer resident service calls and perform repairs in a timely fashion
- Interact politely and professionally with apartment tenants, outside vendors/contractors, and coworkers
- Complete all assigned maintenance work on vacant apartments for unit turns and make ready activities
- Perform various preventative maintenance measures
- Respond to on-call/after hour emergency maintenance requests/work orders
- Maintain community grounds
- Ability to easily get to and from work
- Flexible On-Call schedule that allows for morning, afternoon, and evening services calls at apartment properties Monday through Sunday
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in using email, text, and phone communications
