BECOMING OUR CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Schedule:
Full-time hours can span the following days and times, with some variances based on business needs:
- Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Saturdays between 8 AM and 6:30 PM
- Sundays between 3 PM and 7 PM
Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Specialist - Customer Service Rep, you'll engage in client interactions via phone, in-person, and electronic channels. Day-to-day, manage precise data entry with quality control and proactively handle client accounts. Picture a workday where your professional demeanor and attention to detail contribute to seamless scheduling and unparalleled service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of front-office customer service experience
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and spend most of your shift seated
