Job DescriptionJob Description

What You'll Do:

  • Technical support for current customers applying our products to new applications
  • Help customers determine if a problem is improper customer use or application or if it is a damaged product
  • Liaison between customers, prospects, our sales team and engineering team, helping them to determine which product best fits the customer's need
  • Supporting customers from Aerospace, Automotive, Basic Research in Fusion and Antimatter, Imaging MRI, NMR, MPI, and multiple other industries
  • Conduct product tests to verify performance under conditions specified by prospects
  • Position will report to the company President

Position Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies or equivalent technical field required from an accredited institution required
  • Good interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with leading scientists and researchers worldwide via written and oral communication
  • Experience trouble shooting complex problems and finding creative solutions in a technical environment
  • An intense customer focus
  • Ability to work in a hands-on laboratory environment with common lab equipment (O-scopes, DMMs, Network and Spectrum analyzers, etc.)
  • This is a position that will require an onsite presence.
  • A passion for learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics from an accredited institution
  • Experience managing people and projects that involve tasks like assembly drawings, PCB layout, software development, validation testing
  • 3-5 years' experience doing Application Support in a technical environment
  • Experience testing products to EMC standards
