Experience (preferred or required):
High School diploma required and/or Associate degree preferred
3-5 years’ experience as a Business Coach, Sales Coach or similar role preferred
Recruiting experience of salespeople is a plus
Experience in a sales role is preferred
Experience in coaching athletics at the high school level or higher is preferred
Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
Hands-on experience creating presentations (ex. videos or slides)
CRM software experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs/Suite and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a coach and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to real estate investors, focusing on their business development and growth strategies
Assess clients' current business practices and identify areas for improvement, tailoring coaching sessions to address specific needs
Develop personalized action plans for clients, outlining step-by-step approaches to enhance their real estate investment businesses
Mentor and guide clients in formulating effective marketing and lead generation strategies to attract potential real estate deals
Advise clients on deal analysis, including property valuation, risk assessment, and financial feasibility studies
Assist clients in developing negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and optimize profits
Offer guidance on building and maintaining professional networks within the real estate industry, fostering partnerships and collaborations
Support clients in creating effective systems and processes for managing their real estate investments, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Stay updated with current market trends, industry best practices, and legal/regulatory changes in the real estate sector, sharing relevant insights with clients
Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of clients' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting coaching strategies as needed
Assist companies with onboarding and training new salespeople
Be a consultant for company leaders
Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies
Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation
Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors
Set annual learning and development objectives
Maintain updated records of educational curriculum and material
Listen to, coach and grade calls from salespeople
Monitor costs of training programs
Writing new business coaching and sales materials
Maintaining updated records and documentation
Build rapport with potential clients
Follow-up on with and provide deliverable to clients in a timely manner
Answer/return/follow up phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Must be driven and have a growth mindset
Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until prospects are closed
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements and Skills:
Coaching and/or teaching experience preferred
Business and/or sales experience preferred (with a proven track record)
