Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStaffing Inc. is partnered with an industrial manufacturing client in Ada, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a winder operator career who are ready to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be able to routinely lift and manage a maximum of 100 pounds, use precision measuring devices including calipers, depth gages, etc., and more.Winder Operator Benefits:

Winder Operator Responsibilities:

• JOB RESPONSIBILITY KEYWORD/ PHRASE - similar to job category
• Setup dies for upcoming jobs
• Properly align dies in winder for quality parts processing
• Load and band coils with a hoist to assist
• Use of precision measuring devices including: calipers, check figures, depth gages, etc.
• Monitor for material and process quality
• Employee will also frequently use band saws and plasma torch to cut materials off machine

Winder Operator Qualifications:To be considered for the Winder Operator position, applicants should:

• Must be able to pass drug screening
• Must have machine operator experience of at least 2 years
• Must be able to use computer to enter information about current job orders
• Must be able to routinely lift and manage a maximum of 100 pounds
• Fork truck license and experience required
• Personal transportation required
