**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Per-diem Registered Dietician to provide personalized medical nutrition therapy to our patients. The ideal candidate will assess the nutritional needs of individuals and develop and implement nutrition care plans.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
- Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
- State licensure or certification as required.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions.
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current on research and trends in the field of nutrition and dietetics.

**Working Hours:**
This is a per-diem position, with hours scheduled on an as-needed basis.

**Location:**
The position is based in our healthcare facility in Simsbury CT.
