Job Description

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the front office reception and support for office staff. This position is responsible for but not limited to answering and screening telephone calls, filing, data entry, copying, distributing and posting mail, scanning, merging files, handling special projects, performing various administrative and clerical duties, and assisting the office leadership team with any of their needs.

 

Qualifications

The perfect candidate will have the following abilities:

  • 3 years + in administrative experience and in handing multiple line phones

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and switch easily between tasks

  • Ability to think creatively, problem solve, and retain high attention to detail in a fast pace, constantly changing environment

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others.

  • Ability to use a personal computer and has excellent knowledge of email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power Pointe.

  • Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and 10-key.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others.

  • Enjoys working independently, but also works well with various people and personalities.

  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, extraordinary energy, and a wonderful personality.



Additional Information

Property: Hale Kalele

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Pay: $18 - $20 hour
