Compensation:

$22 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review Medicaid applications and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist clients with Medicaid eligibility requirements and applications
  • Research and analyze Medicaid regulations to provide accurate legal advice
  • Communicate effectively with clients and government agencies regarding Medicaid issues
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation for Medicaid cases
  • Detailed audits of financial accounts and other assets and preparation of spreadsheets related to the same
  • Drafting of deeds, promissory notes, and other documents as necessary under the supervision of an attorney
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience working as a paralegal in Medicaid law
  • Proficient in Medicaid regulations and documentation requirements
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
