The Sales & Leasing Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to potential customers in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The specialist should have in-depth knowledge about the Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicle models and be able to provide detailed information to customers. Looking for someone committed, trustworthy, and dedicated to growing with and within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Coordinate test drives and vehicle deliveries
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Fulfill all General Motors training and offsite requirements
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
