Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a marketing specialist to help grow our brands, which include X-Vision Optics, SPACE Trailers, Elektro Assemblies and TriOx. The different brands are unique in their industry and serve a wide range of customers all around the United States and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing tactics and tools to take products to market effectively.

JOB DUTIES

· Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community

· Identifies and/or develops new product and market opportunities

· Maintain innovative, engaging, and informative websites ensuring efficient and effective site navigation systems.

· Evaluate all designs based on user interface (UI) for high user experience (UX) for website, landing pages, and mobile devices while meeting latest accessibility and usability guidelines.

· Maintain a branded consistent look and feel for all brands on website and mobile devices across multiple platforms.

· Utilize Google Analytics, SEM/SEO results, and other reports to understand web needs and articulate and report results.

· Utilize Adobe CC design software including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat, Illustrator and Flash Integration to create digital and print graphics content consistent with brand.

· Develop promotional ads, campaigns, and product catalogs to reach most effective design solution.

· Conceptualize, design, execute, and update a prototype for attention-grabbing packaging materials that is functional and appealing to consumers

· Maintain brand guidelines and standards

ACCOUNTABILTIES

· Website updates and maintenance

· Digital and print graphics for website and social media platforms

· Videos for website and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, Online Forums and Portals

· Promotional ads and campaigns

· Brand standards and style guidelines of each brand

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in graphic design, web design, packaging design or other related field

· Website management proficiency

· Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience

· Competent in Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines for multiple projects.

· Ability to read and interpret prints, schematics, technical manuals, and computer-generated reports.

· Ability to communicate concepts in a clear, concise, complete, and courteous manner in oral and written forms.

· Apply constructive criticism in a positive manner
