Experience installing Windows OS using automated means such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Task Sequence, SCCM.
Strong ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts, DHCP, DNS, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Experience managing VM environments using platforms such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
Experience authoring detailed technical documentation for Support Engineers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience.
