Job Description:

Dry Force is seeking a dynamic and results-driven, In-Home Reconstruction Consultant to join our Reconstruction Department in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and construction, with a passion for delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by actively prospecting new clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into profitable projects.
  2. Estimate Submittal/Approval: Oversee all aspects of the initial stages of the reconstruction projects from the initial sale, working with our estimator to create accurate estimates and following up with insurance companies for approval of jobs to ensure a smooth hand off to the field project manager.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
  4. Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including estimators, mitigation personnel and field project managers to ensure seamless project hand off from approval to production and customer satisfaction.
  5. Estimating and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals based on client specifications and industry standards.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and maximize profitability.
  7. Quality Assurance: Maintain open communication with field project managers to ensure quality standars and expectations are being met.
  8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
  9. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including Matterport scan, photos, damage assessment notes and any relative paperwork.

Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  3. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  5. Solid understanding of construction principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Proficiency in project management and estimating software such as Xactimate and DASH.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
