We are hiring for a new call center in Norfolk, Virginia


This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Type: Full-time, On-Site (No remote) 8:00 am-5:00 pm (5 days a week)

**MUST have availability to work some weekends**

**40 hours per week. **



Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support requests.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and clear communication.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and call metrics goals.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
