We are seeking a skilled Cherry Picker to join our warehouse team. As a Cherry Picker, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a cherry picker or similar equipment to pick and move materials within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will contribute to the overall success of our operations.Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker or similar equipment to pick and move materials in the warehouse
- Safely load and unload materials from shelves, racks, or designated storage areas
- Accurately pick orders according to picking lists or instructions
- Conduct regular inspections of the cherry picker equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflowSkills:
- Proven experience as a Cherry Picker or similar role in a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficient in operating cherry pickers, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
