- Organize and stack lumber according to warehouse protocols
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- Must be punctual and ready to work 5 minutes before scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds including good physical stamina
- Proficiency in organizing and stacking lumber like a jigsaw puzzle
- Own and bring your own PPE which is steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and safety goggles
- Experience working in a lumber warehouse, yard or sawmill is necessary
Additional Information:
- No headphones, headsets or cell phones allowed on the warehouse floor whatsoever
- If you work out well, there is a possibility of being hired on by the client after 3 months, which could include full benefits such as medical and dental plus a potential increase in pay
